Due to social distancing recommendations in relation to COVID 19,
the March Birds & Beers
will not be taking place.
Stay safe & healthy friends!
This month is sponsored by Audubon Vermont and will be at Frost Beer Works in Hinesburg!
Audubon Vermont will share a bit about their work in the Champlain Valley including birding in the Hinesburg area, local management strategies for Golden-winged, Blue-winged and Hooded Warblers, and how the state’s Habitat Stamp is good for birds! Come with your stories, photos, and questions!
FOOD - Frost Beer Works does not serve food, however, Audubon Vermont will provide some light snacks. And, the brewery has no problem with folks bringing in their own food and they suggest dropping by the Paisley Hippo or Lantman’s in Hinesburg.
Birds & Beers VT is an informal gathering of bird nerds over beers & eats. It a great way for folks new to birding to met others and hear about all kinds of bird-related fun happening in their community. I'll be your hostess and conversation convener. Bring your fabulous and not so fabulous photos, tell a bird tale, learn about a new hotspot for birds, or meet some new birding peeps.
Bring a friend! See you soon!
I pick a different venue each month. Reach out to me to sponsor one in your neck of the woods! Mark your calendars for the fourth Thursday!
