Birder’s Book Club - January 11th, 18th, 25th
Our online book club will gather 3 times in the month of January to talk about the book A-Birding On A Bronco by Florence Merriam Bailey. She is one of the founders of the Audubon movement in North America and she was elected the first woman fellow of the American Ornithologists’ Union (AOU) and won the AOU’s coveted Brewster Medal. She’s also credited with writing the first field guide to birds for the United States, Birds Through An Opera Glass.
